    High School pastor

Bart Cook and his wife, Jen, met at East Carolina University where they both served as leaders in InterVarsity. After graduating from ECU and getting married, they moved to Columbia in order for Bart to pursue his theological education at CIU (where he would earn his Masters of Divinity).

Bart began full time ministry at Riverland Hills in 2007. He is passionate about reaching the next generation for Christ and making disciples. He loves teaching through scripture verse-by-verse and engaging students in discussion.

Bart and Jen have two kids, Micah and Piper. Micah would like to a be a ninja when he grows up and Piper would like to be Cinderella.

    Middle School Pastor

Zakk and Lindsay Rohrlack met after college when a friend introduced them. They were married in 2007 and, shortly after, Zakk began full time student ministry.

Zakk came to Riverland Hills in December of 2010 serving as the Pastor of Middle School Students. Lindsay is his best support system. She stays at home keeping everything in order.

Zakk believes middle school is where students begin to make their faith their own, no longer based on what they see from mom or dad. It is through this lens that Zakk approaches middle school ministry.

The “Rohr-pack” is made up of Jackson (7), Kylie (5), and Cash (2).

Jackson wants to be a master Lego builder when he grows up. Kylie wants to be a mommy, a doctor, and a rockstar. Cash loves playing with his cars.

Angela Daniel has been serving as a volunteer in our Student Ministry since 2006 and so imagine how thankful we are to now have her on staff. Angela is from Irmo and is married to Jay. They have 2 kids, Austin and Adam, who have both been a part of the Student Ministry at RHBC.

Angela loves serving students and helps teach our 11th grade Youth Bible Fellowship Class. She enjoys Mexican food and keeping Bart and Zakk on task.
